शैक्षणिक पात्रता: 

1. डेप्युटी मॅनेजर: (i) कोणत्याही शाखेतील पदवी   (ii) भारतीय सैन्यात कॅप्टनच्या रँकपेक्षा कमी नसलेले अधिकारी किंवा भारतीय नौदल / हवाई दलात किमान 5 वर्षांच्या कमिशन्ड सेवेसह समकक्ष रँक. किंवा सहाय्यक अधीक्षक / उपअधीक्षक / सहाय्यक कमांडंट / भारतीय पोलीस / निमलष्करी दलातील उप कमांडंटच्या दर्जापेक्षा कमी नसलेले अधिकारी अशा दलातील अधिकारी म्हणून किमान 5 वर्षांची सेवा.
2. मॅनेजर: (i) कोणत्याही शाखेतील पदवी   (ii) कमीत कमी 10 वर्षांच्या कमिशन्ड सेवेसह भारतीय लष्करातील मेजर पदापेक्षा कमी किंवा भारतीय नौदल/वायुसेनामधील समतुल्य दर्जाचे अधिकारी. किंवा भारतीय पोलीस / निमलष्करी दलातील उप-अधीक्षक / उप कमांडंटच्या दर्जापेक्षा कमी नसलेले अधिकारी अशा दलातील अधिकारी म्हणून किमान 10 वर्षांची सेवा.

Educational Qualification:

1. Deputy Manager: (i) Graduate (any discipline) from Government recognized University or Institution.  (ii) An Officer not below the Rank of Captain in Indian Army or equivalent Rank in Indian Navy / Airforce with minimum 5 years of commissioned Service. OR An Officer not below the Rank of Assistant Superintendent / Deputy Superintendent / Assistant Commandant / Deputy Commandant of Indian Police / Para-military forces with minimum 5 years of service as an officer in such force.
2. Manager: (i) Graduate (any discipline) from Government recognized University or Institution.  (ii) An Officer not below the Rank of Major in Indian Army or equivalent Rank in Indian Navy / Airforce with minimum 10 years of commissioned Service. OR An Officer not below the Rank of Deputy Superintendent / Deputy Commandant of Indian Police / Para-military forces with minimum 10 years of service as an Officer in such force.
